What is Melis Platform? ​

Melis Platform is an open-source CMS and application platform built on Laminas (the successor to Zend Framework / ZF2). It ships a modular back-office for managing sites, pages, e-commerce, content and more — and is designed to be extended with your own modules and tools.

This documentation covers v6, which keeps the same framework, modules and APIs while replacing the back-office with a modern React UI at /melis-react. Tools are rebuilt as native-React "bricks", each with a New/Old toggle back to the classic tool in an iframe, and a global floating AI Assistant overlay is available across the interface.

It targets developers: from first install through architecture, building sites and tools, integrating commerce, adding AI capabilities, and the full module API reference. For the product, visit melisplatform.com.
